Of course you should! Playing Skyrim on PC have some advantages over consoles - such as visual modding, mods for quests, etc. Since you have alienware, that should be no problem.

Go take a language class, as well as absorbing the culture of the language you wanted to learn. If you are dedicated enough, you can be proficient in a year-plus time.

I hate subbed because I cant understand japansee, I feel no emote when they speak and they all sound the same, I'd rather listen to terrible VA in english then the best VA in japan

Each for their own preferences... Haha, I agree with you when I first started watching anime. Don't like japanese at first, but over time the need to watch recent anime grew on me and I just have to watch them early (with subs, of course). By the way, have you seen Ghost in the Shell? Awesome anime with awesome dub.

Why don't you go with the subbed ones? There's a lot of decent ones if you go by that option.
