I don't understand why a gay couple would even want to be married when they already have the same legal rights in a civil partnership, the whole thing is a stupid waste of money

First I've ever heard of it, if that happened in the UK they would be charged and convicted as sex offenders purely on the intent and high threat they pose to the public

RMA-ing the card literally tried everything so that must be it, thanks for the suggestions though :)

uninstall drivers, clean with driver fusion. [ here ] reboot, reinstall with latest drivers.darksusperia
Tried all that :( Next things I'm going to try are taking the soundcard out and testing one RAM stick at a time, I had a build a few years ago that had very random crashes and it turned out to be one of the DDR2 sticks

Ok so my specs were:

i7-920

GTX460

8GB Corsair Vengeance RAM

Creative SB X-Fi

TT 575W PSU

Sapphire X58 MOBO

Never had a crash not once ever! The perfect gaming PC IMHO, then I upgraded to a EVGA GTX660 SSC and certain games started to hard crash requiring a full reset (Skyrim, FC3 and Sleeping Dogs) less demanding stuff like FIFA and DiRT3 seem to run just fine so I assumed it was perhaps a PSU issue as 575W was maybe not enough so today I got a Corsair TX750M and the exact same hard crash happened in FC3 :( I'm not having any artifacts in games or stress tests and the onboard sound is disabled in the BIOS;

Everything is at stock settings and all these problems only started when I upgraded the GPU, I really don't want to RMA the card as my only spare one is a 9800GT I foolishly sold my trusty 460 on ebay :cry:

Temps are good too and a couple of my more demanding games (Assassins Creed 3/Battlefield 3) run smoothly with no artifacts or crashes

EVGA support were baffled by this and so am I tbh, my hunch is bad VRAM but wouldn't that make all my games unstable?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated :?
