yes, yes it is. BS is a great looking game, I have no shame in admitting that for sure. It just cracks me up when people say all these things. I'm not sure if it's because they don't like FPS's, the plot, etc....but either way, it's generating hype for it.
I hope HV can deliver us a quality game.

Just a question, how do you think BS measure up to TC(The Conduit) graphically? BYW yes this hype is interesting, its pretty crazy how every thread on this game explodes.I've honestly never played BS myself. I've saw a friend playing for a very small amount of time (like, under 5 mins)...so I'm not going to get myself too deep. I have however, saw many screens of the game. It is a very good looking game, so I have respect for it.
The thing I don't understand is why soooo many people make such a huge deal about graphics is....it just looks smoother. Don't get me wrong, I love a good looking game just as much as the next person, but it just makes me chuckle a little. It's still the same thing "we've all" been playing since last gen, just smoother. At least we get something new... whether people want to admit it or not.
But as far as the Conduit holding up to Bioshock, that's a tough one. I'm going to have to say...Bioshock will obviously look better, have better effects, etc. It better damn well have all the above...you pay more for the game and the system so I expect more out each. But, I will say that the Conduit will be in the top 5 best looking games for the Wii.
High Voltage is getting some competition though, have you seen the screens for Silent Hill? That game looks fantastic (visually) for the Wii.
Judging from the screens from Silent Hill, it blows Conduit away. But we don't know how many characters are going to be on-screen, or how far the draw distance is, since a low number of enemies with a small draw distance would explain the excellent lighting.
