Yea, hope that it isn't a fatal error for your PS3 or you will be stuck in the same boat as me, waiting forever for new PS3's to be in stock. I got the blu ray lense failure and instead of sending my 40 gb POS3 to Sony for 200 bones, I'm going to buy a brand new one for 100 more. Better design bigger hard drive, I think I'm making the right decision.

not meaning to nitpick, but i beg to differ. Most multiplatform games are better on 360, not all. there are a few that scored higher

5 games, you probably missed Rock the 80's. GH, GHII, GH80's, GHIII, GHAerosmith. 6 if you want to count that DS game.

However, I like the drum mechanics more than guitar so Rock Band for me.

Have you tried Rock Band, Guitar Hero, Rachet and Clank, Madden among other sports titles, and such? If you have an HDTV you should be ashamed to have your PS3 in a basement, unless the HDTV is in your basement.
