@ominous_prime They did contact Nintendo first. But they avoided the legal department since they tend to kill things unconditionally. That applies to most companies.

@AuronAXE No. Nintendo blocked MLG from streaming Brawl in 2010 too. It isn't about wanting gamers to move on. Their legal department just doesn't like these things.
