Halo is made by Bungie, which is owned by Microsoft. Rare is also owned by Microsoft. They recently released Diddy Kong Racing on the Nintendo DS, despite being owned by Microsoft. The reason for that is, Microsoft signed a deal with Nintendo, saying Rare will produce for Nintendo as long as it's not on theit major consoles. This doesn't cover handhelds, only consoles. This is why Rare has been making GBA and DS games. This deal exists because Microsoft has no plans as of yet to produce a handheld platform. Microsoft might allow Bungie to produce games for Nintendo's handhelds in a similar manner. We'll have to see. I'm still skeptical this is for real, but it's not completely impossible.no...
