I see it the way I see movie reviews on IMDb.  I only rate something a 10 out of 10 if it's absolutely perfect in every respect, and I can't think of a single thing that could be improved.  9 or 9.5 out of 10 is about as good as it's gonna get.

I hope you get lots of good recommendations, and I'll just make one, a real classic -- "The Count of Monte Cristo."

No replay value?  Try it on harder levels.  Try to make it through without killing anyone.  I think this game is totally worth the $60 and I'm very glad I preordered and bought it!

I'm just really angry that when I was naming my children, "Corvo" wasn't in the baby name book.

Same here. Kind of hard to read impressions of just-released games when clicking on topics is a crapshoot.

i actually dont care about the price drop..i knew i was an early adopter and would pay the price for that... ive been enjoing my 3ds for months and i get 20 free games so im cool.

I completely agree. That is the price we pay -- literally -- for being early adopters. Usually with game hardware I don't feel I HAVE to get it the day it's released but with the 3DS I did. I'm not sorry. This happens all the time with computers; you buy one and then in a week or a month, something bigger, better, and faster comes out for less money.

Everyone who was FORCED to buy the 3DS, raise your hand. Yeah, I didn't think so.

I like scary games. On my DS Lite I enjoyed Dementium, Dementium 2, and Theresia.

Yes, both screens. See the other thread where someone has noticed scratches on his top screen already. Better safe than sorry.

Babies! You're all babies! I'm 52 years young and proud of it. I've been playing computer and video games since the '70s. My latest poison is Dance Central on the Xbox & Kinect, and now the 3DS.

Mine are pretty good. I was able to get all the air bubbles out eventually, but even after being (I thought) super-careful about dust and fibers, there are a couple of tiny fibers trapped under the protectors. Oh, well, trying to remove them will just make it worse so it's not too bad.

As much as I'm using the stylus in Nintendogs, I'm definitely glad I have a screen protector on the touchscreen.
