Every time I choose "Custom Game" and attempt to get a Co-op Adventure started, it won't let me because I need someone else to play and nobody else is joining (I'm pretty sure they can't). I can only play Co-op Adventure when I join a game, but I want to start from level one and there's no guarantees when joining a game. Any ideas?

At the risk of sounding self righteous, I recommend myself. I've written almost 100 reviews and I think I've gotten a lot better than when I started. Compare my first two or three to my more recent ones and you can see a very noticeable difference in quality.
