Once again, its not just about the games..."sigh's and cries" Its the people man. The classic crew. People watch reruns of shows that have been played out to its very last leg to stand on, and STILL end up buying the DVD box set.

You know what, I am going to raise a very good point here that may get me hated, but I seriously hope some people can see where I'm coming from. This topic is about the most memorable times that Gamespot has had! All I see is people saying, "HEY, remember how awesome Rich Gallup was. Man I miss him." "I miss Jeff." "Greg was my favorite." And here is the topic that I have created that touches on a genuine way to remember all the greats of Gamespot in an actual collectible form, and the topic is getting beat out by "Jesus wears a C-cup." And "Britney's teen sister is pregnant." FOR GOD'S SAKE PEOPLE!!! I just wanted to express how much I am a fan here. Red vs Blue was just an episodic internet show before launching merch, AND DVD'S!!! As a loyal and true fan, I would just like to know that I'm not the only one out there that would love to see a season of on the spot on DVD. I love the show. Yeah the games and tech. would be outdated, BUT THATS NOT WHAT MAKES IT WHAT IT TRULY TRULY TRULY IS!!! It was and still is the awesome delivery of it. It is the humor, the chemistry that Rich Ryan and Jeff had on the set! It was entertaining. I go back and watch the episodes on my computer, YEAH, but a DVD bonus content, and all that jazz would just make my day...I'm sorry. I just had to get that out. I hope someone out there cared. If not, then go back to your, "Does anybody listen to Simple Plan?" message board... -_-,

Does anybody else here go back and watch some of the old/classic Rich, Jeff, Greg, and Ryan On The Spots? I am a true fan, and I would GLADLY pay for DVD sets of all of these episodes. "Hint, hint" Lol. I mean, Ask a ninja does it, and so does the Angry video Game Nerd. Its becoming less uncommon for internet phenomenons to go that route. I am just saying. Slap some behind the scene commentating, classic footage, and top it off with a wide screen picture for my TV, and we have ourselves an official On The Spot DVD box set season 1-whatever. ^_^ Just a thought. Lets make this happen true On The Spot fans!!!

At least, some people still are fighting the fight. If you guys are still here, don't leave. Running away will solve nothing. Because no matter what there are still people on this site who don't care about Jeff and will stay. You need to stay and show you care. If you're not gonna tell it on the forum, write CNET a letter. Just do something. Don't just say "OK, I'm going to Gamer 2.0. Bye."

Dude, let me tell you something!!! I have been filling out petitions left and right. I have been writing personal emails that will "PROBABLY" never get read to Josh "killed Gamespot with one foul s**t of ignorance" Larson. And much much more. I have eaten dinner at my computer for a couple of days just researching and reading everything from editors comments/ former editors and reviewers, hearing other pod-casts put their 2 cents in, and trying to figure out what may happen next. Th truth is, we don't exactly know what is going to happen next. All I can say is, I'm not going anywhere. I was crushed...CRUSHED, when Rich Gallup left! I was so hesitant on Jeff being lead in a lot of ways. But you know what? He pulled it off and won my respect over. I know that Gamespot won't be the same without him. As a matter of fact, it already isn't. I hope and pray that Josh Larson gets whats coming to him. I hope he gets fired for making a quick, boneheaded decision that struck the very core of what made Gamespot a place that felt like home. I hope Jeff either gets back here due to help from the other editors, or he totally sues and takes CNET for every greed infested penny they have "earned". Well..Thats my thoughts. I will go down with this ship if need be, but DAMNIT, its been a fun ride thus far. I love all the laughs they have given me over the years. I really appreciate it all. I never really got to know too many of you over time, but better late than never. Later all...

That pretty much sums up what I've been doing and thinking, I didn't even sleep for the first 48 hours.

Yeah, I know that feeling. I just want to get off of work like normal, come home, and watch on the spot with the cast of familiar faces. The ones that I have become comfortable with. I will never be able to watch again now without thinking silently, "who is watching to make sure they don't say something wrong, thus taking away free speach". GAAAHHH!!! Thanks a buch CNET!
