@dashaka: If they appear to be repeats, it is probably because they are not on PC Game Pass or xCloud until tomorrow.

@v1ndictive: I believe it is because some are going to be new to PC Game Pass, and others new to xCloud.

@Carpetfluff: It had an ESRB leak for Series X right after it came out on PS4/XBO. It is Activision after all...a quick port was likely always in their plans.

If they really wanted to recoup some extra dev costs, they would take advantage of the fans who are willing to double dip instead of offering the free upgrade. Thankfully that did not happen this time.
