Never. If I want a game that bad, I preorder it online and have it shipped to my house.

Y'all crazy.
The most I've gamed in one sitting was probably about 4 or 5 hours. Any longer and my eyes, head, and hands start to hurt. A lot.
I'm trying to recall the name of a platformer that had a little green gecko as the main character. It was for the playstation 1. I never actually played the full game, just a demo. But the stage available on the demo was very colorful and bright, with a lot of grass and water. Oh yeah there were waterfalls. This is so vague...I'm sorry lol...
Needs moar indie games.
To answer the topic, I dunno. If we take certain gamer's and Keiji Inafune's word for it, then yes, they're sinking. I don't think so though, just that they have yet to really adapt to the changing industry. There's still some great stuff coming out of Japan. But I still think they're a little stuck in the past. But whatever, western gaming isn't flawless either...
I've filled out the survey. They've always had those though, since way before the site redesign. Because of this, I'm skeptical of if anything really comes from these surveys.
I was dissapointed at the end though, when they told us to name onething Gamespot could do to improve. I had a whole list ready!
TC, your avatar being Johan from Monster was icing on this thread's cake.
I have nothing else to say.
A little of both. They're cashing in on nostalgia. They know several people are going to purchase the game, especially if the game was popular back in the day. But its also a great opportunity to give people who never got to experience the original game a chance to play it with updated graphics and possibly gameplay. So I'm all for them.
