Great article, some gamers are dupe, others want to be taken in, so gaming is a sort of religion - sure it is, we need to believe in something because skepticism demands an awful lot of thinking. However sites like Gamespot have their share of responsibility : articles written before a game is published add to the marketing hype, even when there is nothing to be excited about.
I don't get it, why complaining ? why insulting people for a good idea ? If this is an option, you can ignore it. You prefer the combat ? You already can skip the dialogues. You prefer the story ? You skip the combat. Choice : it can't get any better. Jennifer Hepler is a genius, we need more people like her.
