All 3 consoles from the next generation are a disappointment. Â It is my personal decision not to waste any more space in my living room by having these ugly consoles sitting out there. Â I will continue to game on my iPad and Nexus 10 and will watch the TV Android stick products closely. Â They will outdo the consoles in the next 18-24 months.
Clarification: I am not selling the older consoles. Â Those will remain hooked up in the basement.
I've always wondered if most of the fanboys on these forums have supported their favorite game companies for several generations or if they are just 11-year old kids who learn their gaming history lessons from Wikipedia and then come here to argue. Â It seems there's probably a mix of both, or somewhere in between. Â When did you start being a fanboy?
Welp I can't use the chromecast which means quite a few people cannot use the chromecast. 1.smartphone,laptop required  basically the chromecast isn't a streaming device its just a smartphone/laptop software dongle that connects to your smartphone/laptop and is served video and audio from them. 2.Requires usb power and if your tv doesn't have a usb hook up or one thats close your scewed because the usb cable that comes with it is quite short so get ready to go out and buy a 3-9 foot usb cable to use the power outlet adpater. Â

1) You're wrong. Â It streams video directly from the Internet, and you control it through your phone or tablet. Â Kind of like you control your Xbox with your controller, catch the drift?
2) LOL cry me a river. Â Or go out and buy a freaking USB cable, they're 50 cents on Monoprice.
All Wii U needs is another OS update to make the interface faster and a couple of better apps, and Wii U will be all set. Better games are obviously already coming.
People are forgetting that browser games will start approaching the quality of traditional desktop games once Chrome has direct access to the video card drivers. Once that happens, the Xbox One will be truly f#%ed.
