I disabled every "Email Me" notification on my "Edit Profile" page to try and get rid of being emailed every comment that gets posted on an article that I have posted on, but I'm nevertheless getting these much unneeded emails sent to my account. I guess I could just mark this stuff as spam, but there's gotta be something that I'm just not getting on how to solve this problem using Gamespot's tools. Sorry if this has been posted already--I searched "email" on the forums and didn't find any noticeable results--but can anyone help out with this?

That's just, like, Tom's opinion, man. Though seriously, I'm glad it's at least still a good game for the WiiU, and I'm sure they tried to utilize that secondary gamepad the best they could with what was essentially a platforming game that was awesome with just a controller and a couple of buttons. But that's just it; when they announced the game was gonna be broadened to multiple consoles, you knew there was gonna be a problem for that "superiority" promise to hold up in the first place. The Origins games were awesome on the PS3 and Xbox, and assuming Legends controls like those games at all, it was probably gonna be the more popular demand over the WiiU version, no-brainer.

Been on a Pikmin kick lately since I don't have a WiiU. I'm now in the midde of playing Pikmin 2 after like eight or nine years of not playing it. Whoa. That game is way huger than I originally thought!

What with all of the kerfuffle going on yesterday about the 4.5, and seeing that it publically came out today (or will in a couple of hours for Steam; maybe PSN does that too, but I dunno better), I was wondering if anybody has started playing it now, and if so, what he/she/they thought about it overall. Does the "smothered by nostalgia" argument stand for you guys, or do you think there's more to it than that?

I feel dirty for saying this, but I'm not quite ready to dish out the fifteen bucks just yet, all despite my respect of what Wayforward does and is doing. I'm gonna at least beat my NES copy of the game for once. But even then, looking at videos of the game made me think that this remastered version seems kinda dull. I don't quite understand my quandry, but I guess that's what Tom was trying to soapbox about yesterday. But yeah, unleash them opinions! Unless if it isn't quite out yet, in which case leash those opinions up, dagummit! Let them do their business in your dang yard first for once!

I believe my Game Boy Color used to be a purplish color that was see-through, kind of like one of the first set colors for the Gameboy Advance. If there is no such thing, then it was definitely purple. Still, I think it was clearly see-through (see what I did there?)

The most heartbreaking game I may have sold was the original Metroid Prime. I remember selling a 20 or so of my Gamecube games, and getting 150 dollars back to only buy two or three things I don't use anymore. However, I felt like I never even gave Metroid Prime a chance :( Otherwise, I haven't really sold these sorts of games, but I certainly regretted losing them. Dragon Warrior 1 & 2 for the Game Boy, Crash 3, Jak & Daxter, and Paper Mario (though I eventually got this game back) really hit me somewhere deep.

I think the SNES had the best platform games, with the Genesis, Playstation, Playstation 2, Nintendo 64, and NES being runners-up.

You might want to ask this in the Rock Band or Rock Band 2 forums; you'll get a better answer there. As for your question, I play the Rock Band games on the Xbox 360, and all you do is buy whatever you want with microsoft points that you buy in real life, and it downloads it into your hard drive, therefor allowing you to play the songs for any Rock Band video game you purchase. This should be the same for the PS3 version, though I'm not sure about the Wii. I think it's the same thing, except it's downloaded into the console via actual disc, but I wouldn't take my word for it. Again, you might be better off at the Rock Band forums altogether.

I'm not sure when a Kirby console game will ever be released anymore. I remember that Kirby game for the Gamecube that was speculated for years and years to come by HAL Labs (who makes and owns the Kirby games and name, respectively), but never did. Is this the same project, but moved on to the Wii? I must further my research elsewhere. To the laboratory!
