@drlostrib:

You seem to be missing my point. Here goes,

Gamespot shouldn't foster political debate only to quash it when it doesn't conform to their narrative, or to the narrative of one moderator most likely driven by a personal political agenda.

Or to simply put it, just because they can doesn't mean they should.

If you seem to believe I'm under the impression my Constitutional rights have been violated you are wrong. Read post #3

@drlostrib:

Mostly defending Trump's comments and attacking E3 as hypocrites.

My point still stands. Don't put politics on the website if you don't want to allow for any comments or better yet keep politics off the website.

Indeed, but Gamespot shouldn't foster political debate only to quash it when it doesn't conform to their narrative, or to the narrative of one moderator most likely driven by a personal political agenda.

Or to simply put it, just because they can doesn't mean they should.

GameSpot posts article deriding Trump on front page.

Comments section turns pro-Trump.

Comments section disabled.

Looks like a moderator got upset. How about keeping politics off of this website? (or at least contained to the forums)
