I gave up on gaming a few years ago because the game series I liked to play (mostly tactical shooters) were mostly MP with a SP mode to "get you ready for the MP". SP was short, basic and just not worth the cash. I saw the headline of this article and thought I'd give it a look and see if any of the games peeked my interest. Hopefully other developers will continue to focus on quality single player games along with more extensive SP modes in their MP games.

DLC that extends the campaign mode? May wonders never cease! Thanks Ubisoft for acknowledging that single player mode gamers are still out here.

They said the magic words for me to pick this game up: "Lengthy Campaign Mode". It's been a long time since I've heard that said about a tactical shooter game. I can almost always depend on Ubisoft to come through for me.

Glad to see someone over there at Gearbox finally got a clue. Now put the game out, call it whatever they like so long as it's not Brothers In Arms and it will all be good.

I really like these somewhat realistic tactical type games. There seem to have been fewer of them out there in recent years with a good campaign mode so I'm glad to see Ghost Recon back on the scene. This game looks good and appears to have some serious fun in store for gamers.

"A lengthy campaign mode." Music to my ears. Finally!

I'm happy to see Ghost Recon coming back. It's been too long. I'll pick this up for sure. As long as it has a good campaign mode that is long enough with various missions and challenges then I will be good to go.

One thing to keep in mind, when the PS3 comes out you probably will not be able to buy one for $600 dollars. They will most likely bundle it with games, extra controllers and other options. I'm thinking the games will cost minimum $60 maybe $70 for the premium titles. So figure on maybe $800 to over $1000 for a system. If you're ok with that no problem, go for it. As for me, sorry to rich for my bank account.

Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six 3 4. Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Summit Strike 5. Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Pandora Tomorrow Tom Clancy games are all tough, realistic and defiantly cool.
