*phew* I hate arguing about controversial things like this because I'm a non-confrontational person, but I'm also a Christian that is generally dedicated to getting rid of misconceptions. I'm going to do my best to be as biblically accurate as possible. If you wanna bash on me and call me a bigot despite the truth later that's on your conscience and prejudices. Not mine. At least read what I have to say first while trying to be as non-biased as possible. The apostle Paul mentions in the book of Romans in the new testament of the Bible that homosexuality is a perversity. This is (generally) interpreted by the church as being a sin, but you can't just take that one verse and make a general statement of how the Lord feels about homosexuals. You have to look at other sexual sins the bible talks about as well. Those include sex out of wedlock and thinking lustfully about someone. Now that's freaking hard! Almost everyone has done that! The bible also says all sin is equally hateful in the eyes of the Lord, so whether it be a murder or a theft of a candy bar, God hates the sin just as much. The point I'm getting across is also a verse in the bible that "All men sin and fall short of the glory of God." Christians sin. I have sinned. I probably will sin again. God feels the same way about a homosexual as he does about anyone else on Earth. He loves them (forgive the patriarchal title, it's just easier). He hates everyone's sin, but he loves the person. I'm sure you've heard the phrase "Hate the sin but not the sinner." It's quite a good way to describe how God feels about us according to the bible's depiction of the character of God. He also wants us to place our faith in Him and share in His forgiveness of sins. God also wants all Christians to love their neighbors, so that includes gay people as well. Long story short is that if you've ever heard of a person claiming to be a Christian that hates gays then they are extreme hypocrites that don't read their bible, and have no idea how God feels towards human beings. Praying away the gay? If an individual believes the word of Jesus and wants to live like He did, then yes they can and people have done. Si Rogers might be a name you want to look up if you want more details. I can see how this issue will still cause rifts, since nobody wants to be told that what they're doing is a sin. People don't like being told what to do period. I'm not trying to win any friends or convert anyone here, I just want to paint an accurate picture of what the bible really says and what real followers of Jesus believe. Needless to say it's troublesome when people bash you despite not knowing the facts just to be hurtful. No one deserves that persecution. Not gays. Not Christians. No one. I apologize for the overly serious tone of this topic, but I've declared war on stupidity and ignorance.

The only movie I can really say I'm looking forward to (but I'm also dreading) is the supposed Mass Effect movie. So much potential. So many ways to screw it up. Aaaarghhh! My brain almost can't take it. If it ever actually comes out I know I'll end up seeing it even if it does horribly slaughter such a wonderfully developed universe.

spiderman 1 + 2, xmen 1 + 2 & the punisher (2004)campzor
I'm with this guy on the spiderman and xmen choices. I know everyone loves the Dark Knight, and I also thought it was fantastic, but the only reason it's good is because of the Joker. Other than that it has very little to offer in the terms of character development for Bruce Wayne/Batman.

There are pretty easy ways to get around that though.  Especially if you have a digital copy.

It's true that I've been using my pc for gaming a lot more recently.  Steam has probably done better than anyone moving away from hard copies to purely digital...Here's a thought I just had.  Is it possible gamers are wary of consoles becoming solely digital because it's easy enough to go all digital with PC's? Not to mention it's easier to backup your files on a PC and external hardware than it is on a console.

I admit my fanboy moment has passed since then, but I'm still pretty sure that I'm gonna buy it.  I just hope it's like when you find a good book that you can't put down because it's so exciting.

I just hope it reads like a good book.  The ones you never put down until you realize you've read halfway through the dang thing and you better slow down before it's over.

You know I'm still rather surprised by the cross platforming of FF and KH even though it makes sense from a business standpoint.

@D3dr0_0 You bustin' my balls man? lol

Dude Kares.  Did you know Pepsi had a big fiasco where they put embryonic stem cells in their pepsi as a flavor enhancer?  They don't do it anymore, but anyone who drank pepsi around April 2012 participated in canibalism.

Anyway back to the system.  Just yesterday I was commenting on some thread or other about how weird I found it that MS hadn't responded with some changes to the extremely negative public response.  Still I'm glad that they wised up if only for the knowledge that companies still have the consumer's interests in mind rather than telling them what they should buy.

I would assume most of us here are Playstation users as is since, well, there is no FF for microsoft. lol

even so, it must have been a horrible e3 for the marketing teams.  Definitely going to be a few ulcers and layoffs in the future if they seriously didn't think any of these results wouldn't bite them later.
