This story is a bit old but I'm not sure if it made the rounds here considering the lack of respect for Silicon Knights, anyway recently the Ontario Government (home province of SK) announced a 4 million dollar grant for Silicon Knights to pursue a new triple A title. essentially meaning Too Human 2 is on it's way.

Not gonna dignify chaoscougar1's post with any kind of real retort. Uberpunage; I know werdz iz hard 2 reedz, but maybe next time you should try. Nottu: I agree dude, it's definately up there, so far the only games I can think of off hand that I would say were really masterfully done would be Assassins Creed 1 and 2, still a bunch of flaws but I feel like the flaws in those games detracted a bit less from the overall experiance. Oh I'd probably put red dead in this category as well. I know, no rpg's, but I don't think a masterpiece of an rpg has been released for 360 as of yet. cclbiah: you need to be constantly reminded to breath, don't you? smokescreened: if the 84 in your name is the year of your birth, your about 1 year older than me. I don't consider myself to always be right, only when I'm conversing with the type of people who've been crawling out from under their rocks to make ignorant statements in this thread. graz2: Hello! Welcome!

Actually, especially if you have an older model 360, installing your games is one of the best things you can do to prevent hardware failure. Most of the time failures are caused by excess heat, most of us think this heat comes from just poor placement of the 360, or dust clogging ventilation, however the disc drive is actually the largest source of heat in the 360 itsel. The constant spinning of the drive combined with light friction as the disc spins can generate a massive amount of heat inside the box, so the best way to safeguard your hardware is to have your disc drive spin as little as possible, making installing your games a super smart thing to do. On top of that, installing games cuts down on loading times and noise from the system, it's a win-win-win.

actually, because of load-outs at certain points you -will- be spawning with power weapons, and if the armor upgrade benefits are kept to a minimum they won't affect anything really, but they will make it feel like upgrading your armor (buying new armor is already in it) has a point, even if it's barely noticeable.

haha, straight up if it makes you feel better than give'r bro. I've never had any console errors but I know if I did and couldnt get MS to fix it for less than the cost of a new console I would do this myself.

actually last year there was a dude here who had an rrod console that MS wouldnt fix so he brought it out to a big field with a friend of his and put like 200 rounds from a pistol into it, the pictures were fantastic.

I've heard talk that upgrading armor will net you slight benefits in the final product, being able to carry an extra grenade or two, flying for slightly longer with the jet pack, stuff like that. I know Bungie has added sword sensitive assassinations at the request of the community, and armor upgrades actually mattering has been a big point of contention for quite awhile amongst the community, so keep your fingers crossed.

hardly. You wouldnt believe how satisfying it is. I found in halo 3 I would get annoyed chasing someone down forever and then having nothing to do but poke them in the back of the head, it always felt so shallow, but now, you hunt them down and force them to watch a 5 second animation of you slaughtering them. The animations are also context sensitive, so you'll get different animations based on different scenarios, in the beta there 3, one for standing behind someone, one for jumping directly behind someone (airborne) and one for landing on top of someone. I wish I had my reach beta theater still so I could show you them, but trust me they're awesome. Also there will be a medal for assassinating someone vs. punching them. (the animations are assassinations now, not sure what just punching in the back is called now)

do not used condensed air cans to clean your disk, I almost garuntee that's what causing your dots, no biggy though. Basically when you condense air into one of those cans, it turn into liquid because of the pressure involved, when released, small particles of liquid can actually stay in the stream momentarily and land on your disc, which would in all likelihood cause those dots. Use an anti-static, or microfibre cloth like the ones you get to clean glasses with, should not only work better but will stop the dots. To be perfectly honest though, CD's are alot more durable than most people think, if I'm wearing sweat pants or a fairly soft shirt I'll just breath on my disc, press it onto the fabric and turn it a bit, as long as there's no grime or threads or buttons or whatever on the fabric you're disc will be fine and (i find) turns out a lot cleaner than with any other method.

If you choose to try my lazy method, just be careful.
