Oblivion was good but the character models were just bizarre and ugly. Mass Effect has to be the best I played with Lost Odyssey in a very close second. LO's story is compelling and the dream cutscenes are just beautifully written.
Mass Effect is just pure fun from start to finish. Oblivion on the other hand dragged a bit, some moments were extremely fun and some others were just downright boring.
It's linked to every single MGS game, as Kojima said, this is the final chapter of Snake's involvement in Metal Gear, all the stories from the previous games come to a close in this one, so it's obvious it's linked.
I'm not as happy playing any game on SDTV over HDTV/component cables.. Graphics will be a little grainy. Try adjusting your video settings to make it as appealing to your eyes as possible & take into account how much light you will have while playing the game. I've found that turning on or off a light requires further tweaking of the TV's video settings to make the picture look good.

I played Mass Effect on my SDTV before I got my HD and it never looked grainy, it looked good. And like some said above, don't let the fact that you play your games on SDTV determine wether or not you buy a game.
I gotta say I had the most enjoyable experience with Mass Effect in terms of the campaign. Multiplayer was Gears of War hands down, CoD4 also brings smiles to my face.

I'm going to get that one but I want to know, what games would you guys recommend me? I'm not big on sports games, the only ones I liked were Madden and Fifa but ever since Fifa 2005 I never liked any of the next ones. I mostly like FPS and action/adventure games.
What are your suggestions? You can include upcoming games.
