I've been told that this sort of thing is never okay by........someone. Seems like people who believe that should stop endorsing and/or defending the president if that's true.

There are a multitude of easy remedies that most states have adopted in some form to alleviate this burden.

If the Eighth Circuit’s stay is not vacated, the risk of disfranchisement is large. The Eighth Circuit observed that voters have a month to “adapt” to the new regime. But that observation overlooks specific factfindings by the District Court:

(1) 70,000 North Dakota residents — almost 20% of the turnout in a regular quadrennial election — lack a qualifying ID; and (2) approximately 18,000 North Dakota residents also lack supplemental documentation sufficient to permit them to vote without a qualifying ID.

I am sure they're paying some welders that much, but this company specifically hires immigrants, and you don't pay immigrants a livable wage like that.

I mean hiring illegal immigrants was so profitable, that they still thought it was worth it even after getting fined ~half a million dollars.

I work alongside welders, btw, and they get paid a helluva lot more than 20 dollars/hour. 20/hour isn't really that much, btw, not for an actual career job like welding, that's just over 41k/year.

I'm not really sure how that makes one a hypocrite, but I'm sure you will explain. Also no, I'm not really a supporter of Bernie's, but I definitely support versions of the same things he claims to support so I get the assumption.
