I wouldn't want to visit Africa even when its all rainbows and butterflies there (which is never), let alone now with all this Ebola hubbub. North Africa, particularly Tunisia, Algeria and Morocco do not count naturally.
Isn't Algeria pretty unstable now? You're probably more familiar with the situation there than I am but I've heard westerners particularly are at an increased risk for being a terror victim, being kidnapped, etc
