Mewtwo already has good stats as it is. Adding another form would be over kill.Inferi-Fang
A new form doesn't mean it'll get a stat boost, it may just have its stats swapped.
If this is a new Mewtwo form it may swap its Attack with its Special Attack to make it a physical sweeper.
Or even swap both its Attack & Special Attack with its Defence & Special Defence respectively, making it a great wall.
I guess like Giratina's origin form.
