Perhaps if you would name the games?

To check the event viewer in Windows XP do the following:

Start>Control Panel>Administrative Tools>Event Viewer

An error that occurs within the game will be listed under either Application, or System.

Good luck!

Although I have completed most, I am reviewing and playing the following.

Rainbow Six: Vegas

SWAT 4 / SWAT 4 The Stechkov Incident

Splinter Cell: Double Agent

Ghost Recon / Ghost Recon Desert Siege / Ghost Recon Island Thunder

Battlestations Midway

Spiderman 3

Silent Hunter 4 : Wolves of The Pacific

S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Shadow Of Chernobyl

Battlefield 2142 / Battlefield 2142 Northern Strike

Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter

Brothers In Arms

Star Wars: Empire At War

EVE: Online

I guess I take gaming somewhat seriously. So I make time to play just about everything I can get my hands on.

I personally think both games are completely different.

As said before MMORPG's are a new genre of gaming and all will be similar somehow. But from my experience with both WoW:BC and LOTR:TSoA, I would say that LOTR did not rip anyone off. The interface, crafting and game engine are completely different.

I prefer WoW:BC over LOTR because of WoWs somewhat seamless gameplay, as well as fluid control and casting system. LOTR seems to be too clunky and cluttered for my taste, but, to each his/her own.
