Gamespot gave it a 8.5 but I guess one way to find out. I will play it and beat it and give you guys my input! It was made from team ninja but it is a Nintendo game.
So I just snag myself a copy of Metroid: Other M from Gamestop for 3.99. Always wanted to play this game because it looks like a throwback to the old 2D Metroids and it seems have more background story of Samus. But why is this game so low? It's a Nintendo game, and just came out almost 3 years ago and it's that low? Is it bad? Did it just not sold well or something? I am just wondering because for a Nintendo game and Metroid being one of their underrated series it is pretty darn low. On the side note can not wait to enjoy playing this game. (Hopefully)
It is still going on but the hype over it died down, that's the thing, you would of not found out of Kony 2012 if it was not for social media websites, Kony 2012 got popular because people spread the video on Facebook, Twitter, etc, and people started to believe it was a scam because news articles and blogs started showing examples on why they were a scam. Not only because of articles but first people liked Kony 2012 because most people were supporting it, then people started seeing it as a scam and a waste of a movement so people join that side. You see the way we are getting information like this is changing, and that is why I am trying to find out the opinions from people on how they feel about using the internet to getting informed of the world news, and how time is changing on how we get our news.
So I have been wondering for a while on how people get their news now and days. What I mean by this is how do you get your daily news or current events or just things that are happening around the world. Do you watch CNN on t.v, do you read the newspapers, or do use social media websites like Facebook, Twitter and get informed of things from your friends post or tweet about things just like Kony 2012, and Occupy Wall Street. Are the ways of getting the news changing now, because of the internet? I guess the internet is pretty much the only way I get my news, I don't watch much t.v, and read the newspapers, mostly sites like Yahoo, and the OT discussion gives me the heads up on what is going around in this world also. So in my opinion I think the internet is the one who provides the news mostly for me and is changing the way we get informed of things. What are your guys opinion on this?
May I have a guest pass please, I want to try out the game before I come to conclusion in buying it, and I never got the chance to play the beta because the open beta happen when I was out of town :(. PM me, if you are generous and the most awesomeness person ever to give a chance.
Was it better to pre-order it by going to gamestop, Best Buy, etc.. and get the physical copy or was it better going to the Blizzard website and pre-ordering by digital only?
I am sure Steam is doing there mid-week madness of Alan Wake of 50% off this week, because GoG released it DRM-Free today at the same price. I will pick GoG nevertheless because they offer more in a cheaper price, plus DRM-Free is the way to go!! Another win for GoG imo of the future of buying games online cheaper.
My steam game collection is increasing too :( I do not know if that is good or bad because I buy games but do not have the time right now to play them because of school. On the bright side summer is coming :D so totally worth it.
metroid ii is on the 3ds and looks better than any gameboy you could play it on.
even has a pause/restore feature.

I know that, but it does not hurt to get the copy of the game as well if you the chance too. I am a Metroid fan so that is why I was exited to even get this game for a low price.
