@LJS9502_basic:

Value is subjective and so is the statement even if I did have the money I wouldn't want one. Because in general all gamers who have the money would prefer to have both.

Watching NBA play offs and Baseball for me is handy while playing sports games because I'm capable of doing both at the same time. I didn't think I would like kinect and I don't like the camera features. Voice control is handy though. I love the fact that Xbox on turns on your system and TV without needing any remote.

$1000 is feasible but the value of a gaming PC is a bit over rated. The PS4 is 399 and some of the exclusives like Infamous are really refined. If money was a concern PS4 is the best option. There isn't a fantastic reason to own a overly spec'd out PC because very few PC games realize that potential.

I really don't get the hate people have for the system. Some of those features are pretty nice to have. I don't watch much TV but it is nice you can watch sports while playing video games on the same screen. That is a useful feature to a lot of people. Also the system has some good exclusives. Forza, Dead Rising 3 and Titan Fall. Power star Golf is really fun to. I will always get multi plats on X1 the controller is legit. PS4s isn't bad but just feels cheap in comparison. Infamous Second Son is by far the best game on either system. I'm having a great time. Just don't get the X1 hate.

PS4 has no games and all it does is play games. That is a bad combination.

You bought an Xbox One and used that as your gaming console until PS4 releases killer apps? The PS4 is clearly a console that will build in the long run. There isn't any real reasons to own it right now. Xbox is better at launch. PS4 will be a sweet deal for someone in 3-5 years when games start dwarfing the Xbox One.

Just gotta say that I am not expecting retail games for free. Was just hoping for something refreshing and new for free from the PS store. Contrast and Dont Starve aren't doing it for me. And for 50 a year with lackluster online features it should be doing it for me.

@Ghost120x:

I would bet good money this trend of Contrast and Don't Starve PC ports continues. Hey PS4 has gone indie so it is cool and hip. It really comes down to now that we are paying for a service the actual service needs to step its game up. Ps+ on ps3 was a great value. On PS4 it isn't and as an online gaming machine it is very similar to the PS3.
