Rumours of Universal Studios (the last major exclusive movie company for HD-Dvd) might be going Neutral. Selling movies both on Hd-dvd and Blu-ray.
Heise Online, a German IT website, is reporting that during a press conference, representatives from Pioneer announced that Universal will break their exclusivity agreement with HD DVD. This would allow Universal, the only large studio exclusively supporting HD DVD, to freely distribute their movies on Blu-ray. It is important to note that this announcement has not yet been confirmed by Universal.
It has long been speculated that Universal was receiving monetary compensation for being an exclusive HD DVD studio. This announcement would signal that they have decided to forgo the compensation in order to release titles on Blu-ray. Most would agree that this move would effectively end the war, and no matter what side you support, a single HD format is the best long term solution
Ther wont be a reason to make Hd-dvd anymore since no1 big is exclusive to it and blu-ray discs are bigger, look better and now controle 71% of sales between Blu-ray and Hd-dvd
Som1 left some dog poo in a plastic bag on owr field, so for fun i took the bag and throw it in the air and it hit a girl lol
How many times do we need to say this? Why cant ppl accept PC as a system?
EXCLUSIVE MEANS ONLY ON 1 SYSTEM. NOT 2
Thers no such thing as console exclusive, its just some BS lemmings came up with since half of ther games are on the PC.
Thers either Exclusive or Non- Exclusive
Exclusive means its only playable on 1 specific system, PS3, 360, Wii, PC, Ds, PSP, GBA, GC, etc...
Non Exclusive means its playable on more then 1 specific system. For example Madden 07, is not exclusive.
then thers games like Bioshock wich are on PC and 360, ofcourse lemmings try to pass them off as exclusive, but ther not. I dont need a 360 to play it so its not exclusive. its shared between 2 systems
