What would OT rather have?

As a swim coach I kick people out of practice if they have gatorade. There is too much sugar or other crap in it that keeps you from staying hydrated. Gatorade is great before or after practice, but during it is one of the worst things to drink. Now watered down gatorade is excellent for you (enough water to keep you hydrated while still having the important stuff in gatorade), but of course its about the nastiest thing in the world.

And if you're like me you would rather have a Gatorade after a long workout.

Think about it, when have you ever eaten a cheeseburger and you were like "Damn, I want some WATER to wash down this cheeseburger!"

NEVER.

Who needs the versatility of water its useless when you can drink gatorade and run forever and meet new people.

Water is for washing my hindquarters.
