@Tekarukite: What is to one a weighted, professional and justifiable opinion, to other is a biased, bought-off article by an amateur writer.

There are sources, both in print and on the Internet, that score separately different aspects of a game, like it's graphics, gameplay, story and so on; it makes sense, given the complexity of game development as a process and gamers' varied demands and expectations.

I personally understand people who find that one overall-score (and still more preferably – Eurogamer's recommendation system) is a better way to rate a game rather than assign multiple scores. Games are a work of art; they are, increasingly so, a staple of culture; and to restrict people who review games to a set of instructions that ask to anatomize games and weigh their various parts is to restrict dialogue between those who make and those who play games -- nobody wants that.

The 'objectivity/subjectivity' should (and it does) come into play in reading the review. A 10/10, simply by how rare a score it is, marks an exceptional game, and the criteria and opinions underlying the score will remain as varied, – some more representative of one's or one's group views, – as inspired, crafted, and fun, in multitude of that word's meanings, games are.

There are no reviews that are not opinions. For that reason at least, 'weighted, professional and justifiable' should be changed to 'weighted, professional and justified [by the author of a review].'

@SkyAboveThePort @GeorgeLelik @zowbaid They want your money so bad they raise prices for UK and Europe. I am offended that they take greater interest in foreign currencies and not so much in the US dollars.

X1 followers, some of them, might now feel grateful for the competition that is PS4, and probably wrong for trying to defend MS in recent past.

@zowbaid what, do you want them to call it Xbox Version 1.42 and so on as new updates roll in? Shall I propose fees for future updates of this sort? "In version 1.77 a new feature is introduced where you can actually turn off (by unplugging) Kinect without causing console's lockdown. This new and amazing feature will cost, like all others, 1.99$ in the US and 2.99₤ in the UK."

@Strider8009 @DarkReign2552 My question also. From the article, "shift seamlessly among three protagonists." Probably, story-wise.

BF2142 was the last Battlefield game I played. I loved it. I agree [one vote for pie], Black Hawk Down is overdone; I would enjoy more curiosity in atmosphere and aesthetics of a new war set in distant future.

These last two posts [ @bkohary @i_like_pie223] look like crowd-checks; as if in a survey gauging public opinion.
