@NVIDIATI: It actually shows us that huge amounts of ram isn't just a marketing number and has real world benefits. A 6GB Galaxy S8+ also beat a 4GB S8. The Pixel 2 XL does not dominate these tests either because Google has also cheaped out on the ram given the price of the phone. Ram is the number one spec in determining the longevity of an Android phone. Right now only phones with 6GB or more ram are clearing these tests without breaking a sweat.

The holy grail of Apple fanboys have been the speed tests. But here we have an unusual turn of events. A phone that costs exactly HALF comfortably beats the iPhone X. Seems like Apple has cheaped out on the ram on the iPhone X. That's right cheaped out on a $1000 phone. Only Apple can do that and get away with it as sheep will keep giving them their money.

And don't even try to discredit the methodology of the test as this exact test was used to demonstrate the "generations ahead" superiority of the iPhone 7. ?

So I am in love with a friend of mine but I am fairly sure that she doesn't feel anything. However I really have to get it off my chest even with minimal chance of reciprocation. I have given this enough thought and am not asking if I should do this or not.

My question is how to do this? Now I know it's generally a terrible idea to express love for the first time on text but do you think in this case it could be the best way? It would be the least awkward way for both of us. Or perhaps a phone call? In person it just doesn't feel right when she hasn't really given any hints. When there is such a huge chance of it being an awkward moment why not do it on text?

Rechargeable battery's. They're cheap and last weeks. As far as the rest, its a new controller and Win 10 games you get a notice your batteries are low..

I have rechargeable batteries. But the thing is it's not fun when the controller randomly dies. With a warning blinking light you could pause the game and change the batteries. I guess I'll have to buy a charging dock just for this poor design choice.

I don't know about on Win10, but on XB1 it has a battery level indicator on the home screen... it's easy to check if it's nearly out of juice.

Yep plus once you notice the rumble effect isn't working you know the end is nigh.

One can go for a long time in a game without the rumble effect kicking in. This is a really poor design choice compared to the blinking lights on the 360 controller.

I want to make it clear that I am a PC gamer but the reason I post here is that I really want to know if this is a Windows limitation or just Xbox.

I had a 360 controller for many years. Whenever the battery was low the controller would flash and you knew it was time to change the battery. Pressing the guide button on the desktop also showed me the battery level in Windows 7. Now none of this happens with the Xbox One S controller on Windows 10. There is no physical warning and my controller just dies. Checking the battery has also become annoying as you can do it only in an app.

Secondly the light on the Xbox One S controller is so freaking bright with seemingly no option to dim it or turn it off. Is this something I don't have access to in Windows or is this really how it is on the Xbox One as well?

@Gambler_3: You probably won't be disappointed. New Vegas is sweet. Although, I would highly recommend modding it. For a first playthrough (especially with no previous fallout experience at all), I wouldn't recommend using any mods that alter gameplay in any way. At least give it a run through as Obsidian made it, as they did a damn good job. But, don't hesitate the get hella visual mods. It's definitely dated graphically, and there's some BEAUTIFUL graphics mods out there for all of the (new, 3D) Fallout games.

Yes I never use mods on the first playthrough. I'll see how I find it's graphics to be I think with DSR or supersampling it'll look acceptable.

So I bought New Vegas Ultimate Edition. Seems like the right balance between time and getting to know the series. If I had unlimited time I would have started with 3 but alas that's not the case.

I have no issues playing games with outdated graphics or else I would have never enjoyed so many classics. But of course that doesn't mean I'll just go around and play Fallout 1. :P

Time is an issue though which is what is tempting me to jump straight to 4. But I guess Fallout 3 it is then? It is indeed one of the most legendary PC games in history so I probably should experience it. It seems like Fallout 3 has better critical reviews but New Vegas has better user reviews. And it seems like Fallout 4 has really bad user reviews.
