Billcat432, you are being ignorant. But you dont need all of us to tell you that. Buy the game, rent it, whatever, before you make judgments. Your rant sounds like 12year old who doesn't want to grow up.BabyPulpFiction

I 100% agree with you. The game looks like a remake of bulletstorm, and the story line is the dumbest thing I have ever heard of right next to Barrack Obama being elected for a second term! This game is going to drop dead so fast it will be falling off pre owned shelves at gamestop! pwningz

Wow...what does Obama have to do with video games?  Your bringing up politics?  Do you even know what adults talk about?    People like you are the reason, we get **** games.

Let me give you a tip,"UNTIL YOU MAKE A TRIPLE A TITLE THAT PEOPLE LIKE, YOU HAVE NO ROOM TO TALK."  Got it?  Good.  Now go away.

I'm sure like many of you like me are getting excited over the Ps vita. Well, I for one can't wait to pick one up on the 15th of Feb. I can't feel but worried about my overall use of the system. Don't me wrong, I'm loving what this will offer for experience long term; however, for the player base that will be getting this machine, I wouldn't offer or recommend anyone get the 3G version of the device. My two main reason I've came up with are easy:

1. Sony in the future will update the device to 4G or something higher within 2 years
2. The att service for the vita has priced way to high for 98% of the player base.

Lets start with my first concern the update of the hardware to 4G and beyond. With all tech products everyone knows first generation on any console, handheld or any other device will improve to be faster and cheaper. If we look at the current trends from the cell phones, 3G was out less than 4 years before 4G came around is almost the standard for all cell phones. Think about it, My last 3G device was a year ago before I upgraded around this time last year. There was only 2 cell phones from att that had 4G, the inspire HTC and Motorola phone with I can't remember. But now if you look on att phones, almost 70% of there phones are 4G. So I can't see anyone willing to take the risk on almost old technology. I know sony won't update this machine for awhile, however with the next 2 year I'm sure a 4G version is coming. Also pricing will come down with like most things. There will be an happy medium at some point. But for people willing to pick it up now, why pick a version that everyone knows will be upgraded with 2 years? I just don't see the point.

Second is the att service. While I don't know everyone's spending habits, I can assume some people here have att as there cell phone carrier. I'm one of those people, I also like I mention have a 4G phone that charges me an extra 14.99 a month. That allows me 200mb data per month. By many standards, this was just a rip off. I'm lucky enough that my life****habits are surrounded by hotspots where I can use wifi for free. I'm willing to bet most of you are in the same situation like me, where your surrounded by hotspots. Let me ask this? Could anyone justify 14.00 a month just for 3G or 4G just for gaming. Remember, Xbox live is $60 dollars for the year!, Psn is free for 99% of the games! Yes I understand the difference between technology, but if I'm paying 14.99 for my cell phone then have to pay another 14.99 just to play on the vita by the way with wont get more than 25 hours of playtime a week. I say no thanks. I'm betting most vita players playtime will be around 15-25 a week or even a month. Lets not forget that if you go over 200mb then your paying for additional 14.99? There is no way most of the player base will even consider that. If some are thinking "well I'm getting the 3G version but I'm not gonna activate the 3G service" to me that is a waste of money. Why pay for a feature that you maybe never use with enough hotspots in most cities? How many people could really afford 14.99 just to have the right to play online and only getting 200mb? That just sounds crazy to me and I feel to most.

I say save the 50 bucks and the wifi version. I have a strong feeling there will be a lot of single player game that won't even require online play. There will be a heavy amount of rpg and action games. Don't get me wrong, I know there will be a lot of online games as well.

Can anyone tell me the truth about xbox live. I heard that xbox live don't have servers, its runs on p2p network and not on a server. if that is true then why would I want to play for p2p instead? Are we getting ripped off?

I have a question about DLC for the 360. I'm buying Fallout 3 this saturday I can't decide between 360 and ps3. I know the the 360 verison plays better and has better frame rate. My concern is if I buy DLC for the 360 version will my brother have access to the DLC as well or not? We both have 360 game tags and play of the same system. I don't want to be the only one that has access to DLC and not my brother. Can anyone shed light on this?

[QUOTE="SPYDER0416"]

Considering how many PS3 owners likely picked it up at the $400 or less price point and the cheapest Wii and 360 are $200 then there is no double standard here, PC gaming is just expensive. Its expensive to have a PC capable of running games at a level equal to or better then consoles (unless you prefer cheap rigs that play games as if they had PS2 era graphics and loaded with issues), then you have the need to upgrade every few years, with more upgrades then console life spans.

Considering ps3 owners DID buy it for $600, and considering wii gives a full experience for that pricetag..... I'm going to disagree. Oh also you don't need the top of the line in pc hardware to play your games at the same and or higher resolution than the hd consoles.

that is not true. most people waited till the price came down to 299. seriously get you facts straight.
