If you're anything like me, if you don't finish Black Flag - you will never get back to it.

But, you will enjoy the Witcher 3. Just understand that you will have to put your life on hold for a long time once you start playing it... it is one of the most addictive games I have played.

Yes, the ending can be difficult - but like most "boss battles", there are some tricks for it. Check out some of the youtube vids for it, and peruse some of the forum comments about this. It is doable, but you need to have a plan for it. Good luck

Looks like your card isn't handling the PhysX very well. Just turn it off in Options.

If you re-mapped the keys, set them back to default and see if it works. But, it sounds like you have run out of filters for your gasmask. If you are out of filters, a medkit won't help you. You're gonna die.

Unfortunately, there is only the canon ending from 2033 which assumes that Artyom sets off the missiles. There is no "import" of your 2033 game to make it any different. They couldn't tell the story that they did in Last Light if the missiles hadn't destroyed all the Dark Ones.

Did you remap keys? The default is Q. Hold Tab to check if you have any in stock first, though... If you are not in need (damaged, hurt), you will not use one.

The advantage of doing the side quests if that you can build up your XP, allowing you to level up more and use your Talents for increased abilities. Some, like Poker and Arm Wrestling, can be skipped, but the rest do have an impact on the story, or give you more insight into what is going on. If you are only in Act1, I would load up a save near at the beginning of Act 1 and complete the side quests along with the main quests. The Troll Trouble quest will net you some very nice armor that will bring you through into to Act2, so do that one early.
