I don't care for either much tbh. But I would prefer tactical, as long as it's not TOO tactical and realistic like ArmA, I like something in the lines of America's Army. But there are so much more run and guns that there's also bound to be more gems among those, like HL, Riddick and few others.
I hardly read GS reviews anymore after the scoring system changed, their credibility was questioned and lot of good reviewers quit. I don't really watch On The Spot anymore either. So yeah, it's about forums for me these days.
I am not going to defend Bethesda if they ruin it, but you guys aren't reading it the way that they meant it.
They are refering to it as "Oblivion with guns" when speaking with casuals because it is too difficult to explain it any other way and actually generate interest in it. Casuals don't care about Fallout, yet they loved Oblivion. So, explain to me what Bethesda has to gain by telling casuals that it is like Fallout. I am going to give Bethesda the benefit of the doubt because I have read a few previews from hardcore Fallout people(PC Gamer) that say that although it isn't pure Fallout, it will be good and it will probably be Fallout still.

Yeah I noticed that, but that doesn't really fill me with confidence. Everyone knows already that Bethesda talks crap about their games, and if they are now admitting that they're misleading the casuals, what makes us Fallout fans think that they wouldn't mislead us too?
Anyway, I'm not bothered by changes like turning the gameplay to first person, but Oblivion just sucked from roleplaying perspective, and pretty much from every other perspective too. And I'm not too fond of the idea of any possible similarities between the long awaited sequel to my favourite game and the most dissapointing game I've ever played.
Oblivion with guns...Oblivion with guns... :( I will officially hate Bethesda if this is what it turns out to be, the good thing is that they lie a lot, so maybe they're lying now as well and it's actually an awesome sequel to Fallout and not a single player mmorpg like Oblivion.

- Nobody cares about PC exclusives because they're for niche audiences(geeks) - Nobody cares about Wii exclusives because they're for casuals - Nobody cares about 360 exclusives because they all go to PC - Nobody cares about PS3 exclusives because they all suck

- PC can't do HD - 360 can't do HD - Wii can't do HD - PS3 can do HD but has no games - Gameplay >>>> Graphics - Wii sucks because it has no HD - People can't tell the difference between 600p and 1080p
It's a demo, it's an awesome demo with a price tag, but still just a demo. You can't compare a demo to some random game and just because the demo has more content it's a full game. The Witcher demo contains the prologue and ActI I think and will prolly take you a good while to complete, but it's still a demo despite the lenght. Same with UT2K4 Demo, lots of content compared to some full b-class shooter, but still just a demo.
