Vista's security watch honestly doesn't annoy me. That might be because I had Jetico Firewall and Arovax Shield installed on my XP partition, which gave similar prompts for nearly everything, but still I've yet to be irritated by the security watch prompts.
what they should do is... Show a PC vs Mac, but a gaming edition. the PC should.h0wtehnub
Someone made a YTMND of that. I can't remember what it was called, just try searching for PC vs Mac or something like that.
I think avatar sizes should be optional. On the one hand avatars shouldn't be that detailed that they need more than the current size given, though in some cases they could really be bigger. For example, my avatar is supposed to be a pile of cookies, yet it's not so apparent at this size. My last avatar worked fine, though.
I hate it and IIRC they used to put spyware on your PC when you entered their site, but I'm not sure if that was true though (read it somewhere)mastersword007
Some of the adverts are for self-proclaimed anti spyware apps that scare the user into downloading them by revealing "personal information". Generally these programs are spyware or adware themselves, so it wouldn't surprise me.
I don't think there's anything that I could say that hasn't already been said. Nonetheless, political correctness has gone way to far and people are just being so stupid about it, so much so that it could border on extremism in some cases.
I hate it because most of the stuff there I find tasteless. And the advertising is annoying. They've managed to circumvent most pop-up filters by making them open on URL clicks, which the browser counts as "wanted pop-ups" (which I've found a solution to, though).
