No difference. And the game isn't that fun. I played the demo. It's just another shooter.

This is such crap, not on GameSpot's account. It requires Direct X 10 to look good? Bull! It's just a marketing ploy. I've seen better looking games that BioShock, so why would I "need" DX 10 and Vista to play this game with high end crap?

Deus Ex is good, but not better. It's not even the same genre.
