Make sure you have downloaded all you extra content, dlc, and the interactive comic will kick in as part of the game, just start playing and it will come up after an extended cut scene...
At the end of the shadow broker mission I don't get the kiss/option to interrupt, on ps3 so no romance carried over, what am I doing wrong and can I fix it? Invited liara to Normandy but still no romance option...
