I bought the last three CoDs (MW1 just for the story) and played MW2 the most. Even then, I didn't really enjoy the MP of any of the three. Much too competitive. Too difficult to get yourself on the same playing ground as the other gamers who are much higher levels than you. I made a mistake buying these last three CoDs, and I will most certainly not be buying the next one.

I absolutely loved (and still love) BF2 and am incredibly excited for BF3.

There are none. Master accounts (aged 18 years or older) have all the perks and can change all the PS3's settings without question. Don't bother with a sub-account.

Wanted to know:

Is it possible to back up all game saves and move them to another user on a PS3?

Eventually I'm going to want to have an account with master-privileges. And I understand that would involve making a new account as 18+ years old.

I don't REALLY mind letting all my trophies go, but I don't want to lose all my game data from my original user sub-account. Therefore, I wanted to know if I could transfer/copy game saves (for example, LBP2 costumes, level progress, created levels, etc.) on to a different user.

Well that method didn't work. I still don't know what I should do. I'll probably end up calling Playstation technical support. And I don't want to sound racist, but if I get another Indian tech support guy I will hang up and re-call them until I get a fluent English-speaker.

But when you're creating a new account, you must select "use an existing account" and not "create new user".

Ah. Ok I can try that. The only thing I'm wary about is whether or not my save data from my original user will carry over, which I'm pretty sure it won't. If I create a new user and accept the ToS again, will my original sub account work again?

Well lucky you >.> What did you do? Just log in to your master account? Nothing else?

I'm satisfied with the game line up but less so with the system itself. My biggest qualm with it would be that I paid the $300 for the 40gb one a couple months before the brand new on with much more memory + features etc. came out. I felt (and still feel) incredibly cheated. I do like how the controllers don't need batteries, though. But, like the 360, cross-game chat + party chat would be a welcome feature.

Your going to most likely wait for ANOTHER update to fix this.

If this problem is as widespread as I'm predicting it is, then hopefully there will be an update soon.

Well, I know that it's possible to delete the user that has the master account, but I fear that all other sub account users will be removed too, subsequently removing all your save game data. That's why I proposed backing up everything first, then removing all the user accounts. I'm not sure whether or not this would require me to make an entirely new PSN ID account, which I'm not willing to do.

Definitely single player first, for me. But, for a game like Red Dead Redemption with a really long single player, I may stop some time through and do a bit of MP to keep things fresh.

But yeah, SP first. Always.
