All you have is EBA, Castlevania: DOS, and some gaems you can't understand? I think it's best to get more titles before making your decision.

The DS isn't a system with blockbuster titles *though that is changing now* but more so niche games.

I was under the impression Europe loved America :)

Paktahn

Who told you that? Who cares if they're culture is influenced by America or that many American movies, sports, and music is popular there. They will by all those things but when it comes to gaming consoles they won't because people there are nationalistic and hate America.

Wait until EA, Square-Enix, Dell, SEGA, or some ohter company to make a gaming system.

Also there's still my PC and most importantly my DS.

I still think the original Half-Life's A.I. is still awesome.

However if I would have to go with the best I'd go with F.E.A.R.

Easier...and more simplified as well.

In the 90's, especially the late 90's....hybrids like System Shock 2 and Thief were more challenging then most FPS games today in terms of puzzles, etc.

In terms of single player challenge....tactical FPS games like the original Rainbow Six and definitely Operation Flashpoint were definitely more challenging, as well as more realistic, then any of the FPS games that claim to be realistic today.

And in terms of multiplayer competition....multiplayer FPS games like the original Counterstrike, Unreal Tournament, and Quake III seemed to more challenging compared to many multiplayer FPS games today which seem to attempt to cater to a broad market and newcomers.
