My ps3 has not done this. The console probably just overheated, not every console is perfect, this is gonna happen sometime ( although its never happend to me ) just leave it off for a while and you should be good to go. GOOD LUCK!!!
I have had every madden game since 2002 and ALL of them are amazing they always blow my mind if you dont like how it looks or whatever your screaming about its not like anybodys forcing you to buy it!
