I smoke about half a pack a day. I'm a recovering alcoholic, no booze now for about two and a half years.

I fall into the second category myself. Though I have not accomplished much in my life from the view of societal norms, I am quite satisfied and do not waste time or effort on regret. The fact is my main goal in life has been to enjoy it, and in this I have succeeded marvellously.

Agreed.

What a bunch of idiots. While I don't think animals should be senselessly abused, the testing they were doing could have saved or improved the lives of many, and the suffering of people matters far more than the suffering of animals. Just another reason to hate hippies.

Many, many times. All in the past though, I have not been arrested or in any trouble since 2003. Even that was only for marijuana possesion, which since I live in Canada, really wasn't a big deal. I got a $200 fine.
