yeah kind of exaggerating but not by much, it gets pretty damn hot (not enough to cook an egg but hotter than any console I've ever had) it just scares me I guess.

But it sounds like its mostly normal so I'll have to deal with it

I bought a 360 on day one and had it die a few times (microsoft paid for it each time) gave my old one to my sister since I wanted to get a new one for the HDMI and wireless built in.

Anyway I just bought a 250GB Slim, I've had it a few days and I notice it gets really hot, not hot like my old 360 I'm talking painful to touch hot, wondering if this is normal (I thought the slim was supposed to be cooler) has anyone noticed this? Wondering if something is wrong with mine if its hotter than other people's
