For both:

I'd let my squad do what the orders tell them to (I would not join), but when I get back, expose the millitary for what it has done.

Then you are guilty as well. You do know that you don't have to obey unlawful orders.....right? By going along you are guilty. Unless the orders were lawful....ie enemy supplies.;)

I'd rather be guitly of not following orders thanguilty of murder.

I'm probably going for Gold.

Considering I owned (and still own) the Silver for GBC.

Good times....good times.

Both are great games, but in terms of multiplayer:

Halo 3: The multiplayer component is great, but ODST has the same exact multiplayer. So, whichever game you buy, the main difference is the story.

CoD4: Just wait for Modern Warfare 2. When that comes out, most people will probably rush to that one. This is an excellent multiplayer game (One of my favorites)

How much do you think it would go for if they release KI for XBLA?

1200 msp or 800msp?

And yes, Rare owns the franchise. (I believe they also own Goldeneye, considering that dreadful Rogue Agent that came out for all systems) No lisensing issues there, we just have to hope they go through with it.
