[QUOTE="DSgamer64"]I am the only person in this thread who is going to say it but despite my review of the game and how much I have been enjoying it, Blizzard let me down hardcore with Wrath of the Lich King, the 2nd World of WarCraft expansion. Not because the gameplay is bad or anything, it is still highly enjoyable, they just made it so casual friendly and painfully easy with the pre-Wrath patch by buffing players so much, nerfing Burning Crusade Content such as the Outland world raid bosses as well as all raids from Serpent Shrine Cavern up to Sunwell to the point where people in blue gear were able to run these raids decently, shafting all the players who worked hard to get good gear. I am a paladin on the Blade's Edge realm, you can even check me out on the WoW Armory, my character's name is Rennadrel and I run either protection or retribution specs, but since Wrath came out, one of the key components of the paladin class went out the window and that was mana consumption. None of the new gear has intellect buffs, so I wind up running out of mana quickly during a boss fight even with a regen spell which only lasts 15 seconds. Not to mention the Wrath dungeons are insanely easy, people were raiding within 2 weeks, thats just how simple it is to gear, plus you can't fly until level 77 and you have to spend 1000 gold just to get that right, plus another 5000 if you did not happen to get the last flying training in Burning Crusade, those are just a few things that really killed WoW for me. While I will continue to play, I will also be voicing my displeasure with what Blizzard has done to the game.Greyfeld

Honestly, that's exactly why I canceled my account a few months ago.  Well, one of the reasons.  I was never much for getting into the big social circles and moving my way up to the top raiding guilds... I was more of a pvper, and 5-man player.  But I can't tell you how frustrating it was seeing patch after patch coming out, making all the effort you put in for your raiding/pvp gear obsolete by loading the new factions with tier-4-5-6 equivalent epics, available to anybody who can run karazhan and heroic dungeons... it just got to the point where i didn't see the point in trying to pvp or raid anymore, because i could get the same level gear by doing my dailies for a few weeks.

At the end of the day, blizzard is making everything extremely solo/casual friendly, to bring in more money every month.  That, in and of itself, is why they're boasting 11 million subscriptions.  That, also in and of itself, is why I decided to quit.  I would rather the game make me work for my rewards, than simply require a time sink for everything.

Yup. The transition into Wrath raiding is still fairly tricky, but it's far easier then it was. I didn't really start raiding until about 2 weeks before the 3.0 content patch came out, which was the point when I had the gear to actually raid decently. Now when I hit 80 and can start running heroics, I will probably get into a raid about a week later because I am a tank for one and I will have epic gear made for me.

No I have seen the game and read the previews. There is now a market place where you can get your hair done, miis, online with wii speak and im sure new events. None of these minor additions are enough to justify this game. The market place is just an expansion to the neighborhood. Wii speak is the best improvement but inst that good because if you dont know anyone to play with its useless. Miis arent important seeing as though every wii game just about has them. So you are still doing the same thing. Running erands, chopping trees, eating fruit and getting money. There isnt one new feature that just is truely amazing. Even the graphics are the same. If you cant see this then you're blind. Im sure its a good game because it is animal crossing but it is the samewiidog
 Since when did the last Animal Crossing for the GC have online play?

The camera on the outside is 3 megapixels, the inside camera is .3 MP for pictochat. We won't ever need to have to use Skype cause you can talk to people for free.

Contra 4 and Yoshi's Island for sure, N+ is pretty tough too but it's more of an arcade game.

[QUOTE="Phantom_Leo"]Yeah. There's this funny little thing called "punctuation." Look into it!Ragnarok1051

I guess you have nothing to add to the topic.

TC I think they're doing it because 1, 2, and 3 were ported to the Gameboy and I think 4, 5, and 6 have a connection of some sort.

DQ1-3 will be available as DSWare most likely when the DSi comes out and content gets released.

The RAM is going to be helpful for the DSWare games, since they are running on software based emulation much like the Wii, the extra RAM will be needed to prevent slowdowns.

As Nintendo has stated, it will only be for sale in Japan for quite a while, odds are that regions around Japan won't be getting it at launch time at least.

Why? It replaces the current Lite, costs the same and plays the same software. No Lite owner needs to buy it and for everybody else who doesn't have a DS already it's a nice update.agehaelhaym
No, it costs slightly more then the DS Lite but is miles better in every regard. Larger screens, internal and SD card storage, two cameras etc, I think it is a steal compared to the PSP really. 180 for something that will play downloadable games, music, take pictures and have internet capabilities and stuff makes it far more worthwhile. I think it can also open up an independent homebrew development era for the DS in terms of downloadable games, if Nintendo is willing to sell the tools needed to make DS games which they could then sell as DSWare much like WiiWare.

Since GS hasn't bothered to review the game yet, I am curious as to know what other players thought of this game. Honestly, I did not watch the trailers and stuff because I usually get turned away if something looks unappealing. Had I been smart, I would have watched them for this game, it was abysmal. The combat is clunky, boring, repetitive and slow and the overall controls and game mechanics are painful to work with. I did not even get through the first world without deciding to put the game down, it was just that bad which is sad because I would have thought something made by BioWare would be far better. 6/10 imo
