I don't remember the last time it did. If I try to seek to the middle of a video, it basically jumps forward a couple of seconds from the start and that's it. I had already watched 20 minutes of On the Spot yesterday and I had to sit through those entire 20 again today when I was trying to pick up where I left off. It's a relatively minor annoyance in general, since I guess the trailers and short gameplay videos are watched the most on the site. But with an hour long show to deal with as well, this NEEDS to be fixed. :)

Edit: Clarification, seeking works IF the stream is already downloaded. I am unable to seek to the middle of the stream, like you can on YouTube for example.
