I haven't seen a thread with this issue yet, unless I'm missing something.

I would go with Dead Space if you want a good scare and awesome gameplay. The only problem is that it isn't the longest game out there :/

So like almost every Xbox 360 owner, my system died. I should consider myself one of the lucky ones though as my first Xbox 360 lasted about 5 years. Anyway I bought myself a new 360 and popped in my old HDD. What I did not realize was that I needed to go online and transfer the licenses for all of my downloadable content onto my new Xbox. After doing this, I was missing 4 full versions of arcade games that I had downloaded quite some time ago. I went online to check the download history for my account and it only when back to 2007, 2 years after I had bought and downloaded content on my first Xbox.

So now I get the pleasure of calling Microsoft's helpful and easy to understand outsourced techies (lawl). I call them and explain my situation. I make NO progress and they tell me they can not help me until I come up with a receipt for the Xbox I bought a few weeks ago. They won't believe me that I had paid for and owned these 4 arcade games. I really don't understand how much more proof they need, they clearly don't know enough about the product they are supposed to be experts on. For downloadable content, like arcade games, you can not transfer them over onto someone elses Xbox unless you are playing them under YOUR gamertag on their console. Knowing this I told them that all they needed to do was pull up my account and see that I have a gamerscore for each of those arcade games. They transfer me "up" to the next genius who tells me to go through the same steps I've gone through 20 times. He finally gives up and tells me they will have someone get back to me about it. I told them I either want the games, or the money that I spent purchasing the content from them. They haven't done either yet, and I am on my second cycle of doing this.

Seriously Microsoft, you've got a decent amount of money right? Do you really need to steal my 30 bucks to hire another outsourced techie for the year? I'm so freaking sick of how impossible it is to get in touch with a human being when I call the Xbox hotline. Not only that, but when I do, I'm sick of getting someone I feel like I can't communicate with because they don't know what I am talking about or because of a language barrier. And another thing, do they have to make it so incredibly difficult to cancel your Live account?

If this has ever happened to anyone else, reply to the thread, cause I'd like to know if it's just me who is getting screwed over by Microsoft. Either way, I'm pretty sure I'm done with their consoles, I'll stick to PC gaming from here out.

im so tired of the lag, and glad you posted this. its sad that i feel lucky when i fire my shotgun and it registers right away. not only is the lag bad, but it takes WAY to long to find a freaking match, seriously they need to fix these issues before the game dies.
