Hey you guys may remember me, I just got a new laptop and was looking for game recommendations. Some games like Divine Divinity and American McGee's Alice run fine but I have problems with Painkiller. It installed fine, but now when I go to play it it says it cannot read disc and then will not eject cd until I restart my computer. Is this a Vista problem, and are there other games that do this? I've searched around and cannot find anything like this.

Hello all. I am not usually a PC gamer since my current computer is about 15 years old and HORRIBLE. However, I am buying a new computer (Dell Studio Laptop w/ Vista) and I would like to play some older PC games on it, because I am not buying a high end PC capable of running most oftoday's games. I don't usually care for the overhead view common in Diablo-style RPGs but other than that I am open to suggestion. I love RPGs,horror & occult style games as well. I already played Oblivion & expansions on X360. Thanks in advancefor any suggestions.
