Just get a capture card, its the easiest way to do this. I've never heard of people doing it the way you are describing.

If you have the Season Pass then its free but you have to download it while at the main menu in gears of war, otherwise it will try and charge you.

[QUOTE="lightleggy"][QUOTE="CardiacKid07"][QUOTE="StRaItJaCkEt36"] your grain of salt is worthless because it's biased.

its a good thing he used his sand instead of salt then :P

I actually meant sand, as the sand you see in the beach...the expression "my grain of salt" is actually a misstranslation for "voy a poner mi granito de arena..." (im going to put my grain of SAND) thats the original expression which was invented centuries ago and used mostly in spain.

I just learned something new.

[QUOTE="StRaItJaCkEt36"][QUOTE="lightleggy"]you can get plenty of scientifical answers with a google search...but ok i'll throw my grain of sand. the studies which say that gaming is harmful are completly biased.

Long story short, I spent a year and a couple months bulking up and gained 35 pounds. By doing so I gained a bit of fat around my lower abdomen and waist. It isn't much, but it does block those last two of the six pack from showing up. When cutting, do you cut down on meals as well or just do a lot more cardio? Any help would be appreciated.

the meal schedule I've been following:

  • 8 AM: Protein Shake
  • 10 AM: Scrambled Eggs and Sausage
  • 12 PM: Two pieces of chicken breast
  • 1 30 PM - 3 00 PM: Gym
  • 4 PM: Protein Shake + Leftover dinner (usually chicken, rice, pasta, etc.)
  • 6 PM: Peanut Butter and Honey Sandwich
  • 8 PM: Dinner(usually chicken, rice, pasta, etc.)
  • 11 PM: Chicken and crackers

Your eating schedule is good but a few things should change. Go for egg whites and turkey sausage and try to cut down on white bread and white pasta. Whole wheat or gluten free bread and pasta is the way to go. otherwise you should be fine. Also i usually do my cardio before my workout as it keeps my heart pumping throughout my entire work out.

30 days as long as you didn't break the shrink wrap already. If it was used, 7 days.

I think they are all fun because its something different from the competitive side of the game but after a while they're all equally boring IMO.
