Well, judging from the last few games I've gotten, multiplayer first. :P I always am surprised it HAS multiplayer (or if I was following the game then I'm hyped on the multiplayer) and so I seem to go into multiplayer first.

But I love both single and multi player campaigns/games. :)

Okay, thanks for all the replies. I forgot Mercenaries 2's online is gone, so it only freezes when it tries to connect.

As long as it's usually the game and not the system, I'm happy.

I bought a 160GB Playstation 3 in December, never had any troubles with it (except for the usual console problems, not reading discs and going blank sometimes) and now I recently got Uncharted 2, and have been playing it. No trouble up to ~Chapter 15 and it freezes in the middle of a gunfight! Then later, it freezes again. I shrugged it off, though. Now I just got Mercenaries 2, and it froze before I even got into to PLAY it.

So to clarify, what it does is suddenly the whole system freezes. No home button, start button, etc. I press the power to turn it off, wait a minute and 3 beeps. Then it goes off.

Any ideas? Is it about to die? I don't want to spend another $300 in less than two months of use. That is absolutely ridiculous.

I haven't completed SMG2 yet, but I think Sunshine had the perfect atmosphere. All the levels were awesome, and designed perfectly. A very hard game, and the atmosphere is what I loved so much. All I ask for in a game is a good atmosphere, and Galaxy 2 kind of...failed. D:

Any game I play, if it has to load a bit or do anything, uhm, other than just sitting at a menu, it beeps very loudly and you can hear it spinning the disc, beeping long beeps, and just beeping in general. I've searched Google and people say it only happens on certain games. I'm saying this is my "normal" Wii's behavior. But I'm starting to wonder if it IS normal, and it is annoying. So I'm asking you guys, is this normal? It doesn't have a console stand if that matters. It's done this ever since I got it refurbished from Gamestop.
