phonned up but need to tell them my date of birth that i set for my account but as it was sometime ago put a fake one to get around any age restrictions. Think i'm in a tight situation here.
Hello there guys, not sure if this is the right category to post in. My problem is my EA account was hacked were on my MAIN EA account the email address and password were changed to some hackey looking address "hiphopflipflop02@hotmail.co.uk"and the password is completly unknown to me. I can still go on and play FIFA and NHL and such in my EA account because the email and password are saved and automaticly sign me in when i go onto the game, but i just dont know what my password is because the hacker changed it. So this means i cant sign into my EA account on the web. So any of you guys have any ideas or know any ways around this because i cant just click "forgot my password" because it sends the code to the email address "hiphopflipflop@hotmail.co.uk". I have an old gamertag than is connected to an old EA account, this EA account is perfectly fine, so i came up with the solution that if possible could i connect the EA account on my OLD gamertag to my current gamertag that would overrule my current hacked EA account ?
Sorry if this is hard to understand, its a little bit of a complex situation so takes some explaining haha any help would be appreciated, thanks.
