Can't name your main character Trevor; Anybody named Trevor may be upset that their name is being used by a quote "crank, cannibalism, and incest kinda guy" in a video game.
Pretty sure I don't need to give further examples of how idiotic this is.
What some of you don't seem to realize is that he's just making a fuss as another way for his town to get publicity/tourism. I guarantee that is the entire reason he's trying to make a big public outcry, going so far as to invite the rockstar devs to their town.

They should implement XBox Live Gold & Platinum accounts. Gold stay the same as it is currently. Platinum has the 24hr checks/game sharing/etc. but can only share with other Platinum members. Gold/Platinum members could still play multiplayer online together, so there'd be no issues there... It's able to be implemented via software (Just like Silver/Gold accounts currently) and everyone gets what they want.

@LesserAngel @CCrackheads What you don't seem to realize is that it costs microsoft bandwidth to their servers maintaining your online presence. Even if you're just sitting on the dashboard, you're using up upload/download bandwidth on their servers. This is why you pay for gold in the first place, because it costs them more money to provide you with more bandwidth to transfer data (particularly the upstream). WoT isn't able to bypass the microsoft network and directly connect to their servers. In this case, you can think of Microsoft as the ISP because they provide the connection to the WoT servers. You're not paying to play World of Tanks, you're paying for the microsoft network access that connects people to the game!
