This "controversy" is just one strategy to get the fanboys (of all the consoles) worked up. I wonder who the major agitators are, since several groups have skin in the game. Gamespot personnel constantly need fresh issues. Sony, of course, possibly benefits from the negative hype.

As a "mature" gamer, I've found bliss in standard definition - where the game and the gameplay took center stage. I hope developers continue to focus on making FANTASTIC GAMES, rather on being forced to fit any technical specification.

I'm still working on matching the TV, AV receiver and DISH box. The receiver and DISH don't turn off when I shut the XBOX down, even though they're paired correctly. Due to my AV receiver providing sound for my TV, I apparently didn't pair my Mitsubishi correctly. Other than these little glitches, this thing ROCKS!!!

Despite the good review on Gamespot, I found I tired of this game rather soon. I still haven't finished it...
